Business Controller/Manager/Senior Manager - Delhi - Finance & Accounts Strategy ( IIM / XLRI / Premier B Schools)

Job Description:

- Reports to the Chairman and acts as the first point of point for reviewing reports received. Keeps the Chairman informed of any challenges or areas that require his attention, in timely manner.

- According to medium and short term goals of current business, cascading down to annual budgets.

- Collaborate and work closely with the management team to regularly obtain management reports across entire Espire Group and analyse these reports.

- Establish and maintain financial reports and business plans. Analyse financial risks recommending effective solutions.

- Support business leaders to perform forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & strategy evaluation, benchmarking etc.

- Monitor and analyse operating results against budget & target, conduct first level monthly & quarterly review with respective CEOs, monitor performance, identify business and operational risks so as opportunities, and to drive solutions and monitor progress against strategy with regular feedback to them as well as the Chairman.

- Identify and support in continuous improvements of business processes whilst providing inputs and value add.

- Understands systems and tools. Ensures quality, accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of information prepared or stored in finance systems, enabling a single source of truth.

- Work as a bridge between business teams of respective group company, corporate finance and accounts team and the Top management, support all finance/ account related things.

- Must have experience and sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GAAP, Functional knowledge of Indirect Taxes.

Qualifications and Experience/ other attributes:

- 2-5 years exp. He will be part of corporate team. Needs to be analytical.

- Experience in Real estate, IT Software, Hotels, industry will be added advantage

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Must be able to work effectively with CXO levels
