10000StartupsIndia is primarily into fundraising activities also enables start-ups with hiring for CXO/Co-founder level positions and provides Virtual Incubation platform to start-ups with Global access to Investors, Mentors & Advisors.

10000StartupsIndia is looking for professionals who have a knack for Spotting Technical and Business talent in start-ups. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and driving various sourcing and on boarding tasks, including handling some of the key accounts for 10000StartupsIndia.

Responsibilities for Business Consultant:

- Use various methods to source and network with potential startups, including social media platforms, start-ups listing portals, networking events etc.

- Ensure proper on boarding for new startups and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately, database management and reporting

- Conduct preliminary evaluation of the start-ups to gauge quality based on the requirements

- Provide feedback to management about details regarding start-ups

- Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the financials, qualifications of the start-up founders and stage of the start-ups.

- Actively work toward building a strong pipeline of start-ups to present in front of the right Investors associated with 10000StartupsIndia at the right pace.

- Meet with start-ups to have a full-scale understanding of their business needs and suggest other services provided by 10000StartupsIndia accordingly

Qualifications:

- Professional experience of 2-5 yrs in any domain for sourcing new leads & assisting with on boarding processes.

- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with the start-ups to represent brand 10000StartupsIndia

- Experience in the continual development of pipelines and sourcing potential start-ups, preferred

- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential start-up may have, with an intent to ensure long-term association

- Firm understanding and implementation of evaluation metrics provided to drive decision-making is strongly preferred

- Experience working with a diverse team and striving for on boarding start-ups without any bias
