Business Consultant - Oracle - Manufacturing Sector

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering on consulting engagements in Oracle R12 and Oracle Cloud for some the world's leading organisations in the Manufacturing sector. For these large-scale projects, you will execute engagements in a global delivery model through their full lifecycle, working with consultants across regions as part of a high performing team. Key focus will be on implementation of the following process modules:

- Order Management

- Inventory

- ASCP

- Manufacturing (BoM, WIP, Quality)

- Warehouse Management

Your Profile

Core competence and experience in Oracle R12/Cloud implementation is essential for this role. Must-haves include:

- Hands-on experience in a client-facing role, including one or more end-to-end implementations

- A robust consulting outlook with a problem-solving mindset

- Capability to understand use-cases starting with the problem statement,

- Ability to formulate and articulate the approach and the solution

- Implementation, including creation of functional design, solution design and configuration documentation

You must be an MBA from a premier business school, with 3-10 years of experience, a majority of which should be in the top-tier consulting space, focusing on Oracle implementation - preferably R12 and Oracle cloud.

These roles involve substantial client interface at every stage and you must be adept at comprehending client concerns and articulating solutions independently.
