Urgent opening for the post of business consultant with a leading consulting firm for Delhi location.

Responsibilities :

- Adds value to clients businesses by analyzing their business challenges, identifying their issues, forming hypotheses and formulating actionable and creative recommendations and business plans.

- Gathers, synthesizes and validates relevant data by performing financial or market analysis as per project requirements.

- Performs different types of analysis by using established methodologies, tools and techniques under senior colleagues guidance in an accurate and structured manner.

- Ensures full support for clients- management team by proposing implementation plans, offering the assistance needed and monitoring the implementation when required.

- Develops tailored analysis frameworks, deepens company knowledge in assigned fields of expertise and contributes to enhancing and promoting company's tools and methodologies.

- Responsible for client satisfaction and managing relationships with assigned clients.

- Elaborates business reports, presentations and proposals based on research, analyses carried, meetings and interviews and contributes to business development.

- Represents and promotes company's services in front of clients, general public and other bodies as directed by superiors and in line with company's guidelines.

- Offers support in any other business aspect as per business requirements and senior guidance.

- Outstanding analytical skills, able to frame problems and coach others.

- Excellent business knowledge, ability to quickly grasp how a business/industry works.

- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to develop pragmatic and creative business solutions.

- Good communication skills, ability to position himself/ herself as a trustful, knowledgeable business partner to management teams.

- Experience of working on large Projects with diverse streams, and ability to coordinate with multiple work streams to achieve set deadlines and goals.

- Detail oriented and results focused.

- Proficient in business presentations and able to coach others in that regard.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PPT is must.

- Proficiency in English language is a must. Any other foreign language is highly advantageous.

- Strong team worker and able to fit in diverse environments.

- Tenacious, highly resistant to a fast-paced working environment.

- Demonstrates a high maturity level (above his/her peers in the same age-bracket).

- Open to frequent business travel - 50% of working time.
