Job Description:

1) Perform consulting activities such as perform risk assessments, auditing, determining operations maturity levels, management report writing, technical proposal drafting, system specification drafting, producing and delivering presentations and client training.

2) The consultant will be also be required to design and advise on the implementation of revenue assurance/fraud management strategies and initiatives by providing clients with expert advice and innovative solutions.

3) The consultant would be required to develop managed services proposals, development of best practices, methods and procedures, development of business development and consultancy material.

4) The consultant would productize the managed services methodology, toolset, and detailed delivery approach. Responsible for Operational Best Practices documentation in the areas of value assessments, operational consulting, and operational requirements.

5) Responsible for maintaining local/global templates and template accessibility for both consulting and managed services engagements.

6) Strong understanding of telecoms network architecture, infrastructure, platforms & systems and all associated processes used by Telecoms operators.
