The candidate / consultant would help us in identifying existing and upcoming food categories and in determining the following:

- Market Size & Growth rates with future projections (B2B/ B2C)

- Growth drivers and upcoming trends

- Operational Requirements

- Supply chain and Logistics Implications

- Competition Scenario

- Consumer demand and their buying behavior

- Market need-gap to ascertain category profitability

The candidate / consultant should be able to develop a framework to assess the business potential of each category.

We are open to both part time and full time candidates. Compensation shall be not be a hindrance.
