Job Title : Business & Channel Manager - Personal Banking
Job Summary (State the purpose of the role) :
- Manage the Personal Banking product & channel team in delivering the business activities that drive P&L and balance sheet objectives of the Personal Banking portfolio.
Role Responsibilities :
- Incumbent will be responsible for managing the complete deposits portfolio of the Bank. In addition to the above, the incumbent will be responsible for fee Income management for the Personal banking channel and will aim to bring more rigor in fee income recovery & at the same time ensuring timeliness & accuracy.
- The incumbent will be responsible for tie ups for NTB lead generation / cross promotional activities / driving cross sell of other products like Investment, Insurance & Mortgages and campaigns to tap the existing deposit client base to activate them on alternate channels.
Person Specification :
Technical Skills :
- Candidates should have excellent communication / written skills in English with an MBA / MMS in finance in addition to strong analytical skills to understand customer & product dynamics and commercial impact.
- Ideal candidate should preferably be from the banking / Insurance industry.
Behavioral Skills : (e.g. communication skills)
- The incumbent should have good inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the wider business and a 'can do' attitude and proactive approach to business improvement.
