Job Title: Business Change- Manager - 1

Position Summary:- Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job

To be responsible for the delivery and implementation of client initiated and client related projects through the provision of project management and/or business analysis within project parameters and deadlines.

The role includes managing projects or phases of projects which cover part or all of the full life cycle and may include other specialist functions (e.g. Support Management, Release Management, Testing Management, Programme Office Management etc), in order to deliver required quality business solutions within agreed timescales and budget including post implementation support.

The function may include support to particular workstreams of larger programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Lead and control change management/business analysis projects, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Product Launch or enhancement.

- Services - Refers to a project pertaining to one of investment services: TA, FA, Custody, Trustee, Depobank, etc.-

- Existing Business Enhancement: all those enhancements that pertain to existing clients.

- Operational Support Enhancement: related to increase of efficiency or reducing manual workarounds

- Technology Enhancement: related to those enhancements required to support Client requests and wider Technology initiatives across the group.

- Risk and Security Enhancements: developments that relate to all additional controls that minimise risk and increase security.

- Regulatory - Refers to an enhancement that is being driven by directives from country or European legal authorities.

2. Manage goals, risks, issues and resources and ensure a QA process is applied through the project/service lifecycle.

Construct basic effort-driven, resource-levelled project plans for assigned projects

3. Analyse and define business requirements (and functional specifications if required) based on Client requirements and user needs translating into functional design, test planning and user documentation.

Work closely with Project Initiators, Technology, Operations and/or the Client to ensure that effective communication takes place. Use standard project process / implementation methods to ensure efficiency. Facilitate project meetings and workshops as appropriate

4. Produce associated output from any project group sessions and issue to relevant parties for sign off and communication. Escalate any issues that will impact significantly the delivery of the project to the Project Sponsor.

5. Ensure a regular communication flow between all relevant parties to keep up to date on progress, slippage and issues arising (Weekly report, CAIR log, project plans). Co-ordinate project post implementation reviews.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Education: MBA, PMP

Minimum Experience: - 5 + years

Preferred Experience:

- Significant experience in Investment Banking/Investment Services/Securities Operations Functions preferably with multi-national/financial service businesses (US-based).

- Basic understanding is required of the various functions within the Asset Servicing business and how they fit together

- Maintains a current knowledge if specific business area's products, processes and supporting technologies.

- Proven ability to deliver within deadlines and manage client expectation

- Either previous involvement in change management/business analysis in Waterfall or Agile methodologies or experience of working within one or more of the core Asset Servicing functions - Custody/Trustee, Transfer Agency & Fund Accounting

The Business Change Manager/Business Analyst should have an awareness of the commercial environment and competitors- products and seeks opportunities to better understand the organisation.

Identify and manage issues, risks and change control throughout - the project lifecycle
