Job Description Business Banking Branch Head

- Heading the Business loan team of a territory within radius of 40 km from base branch. Responsibility of sourcing fresh cases as well as renewal of existing limits.

- Heading the retail liabilities of one designated branch named as BBBH branch.

- Exercising joint delegation for sanctioning of advance proposal upto Rs. 100 mn (FB limit & NFB limit).

- The ownership of entire credit portfolio including the relationship and the NPA management.

- Credit Appraisal and Assessment.

- Presentation of Proposals to various Credit Committee and Forums.

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with target companies.

- Team management for origination of loans and fulfillment of Targets for Approvals and Disbursement.

- Completing Loan Documentation and facilitating the timely disbursement of limits.

- Asset management including collection of receivables, monitoring of performance and monitoring fulfillment of financial and information covenants by the Borrower.

- To act as a facilitator for Trade business of the territory.
