Job Purpose:
- The role involves advising clients on products and services available on Business Banking, ensuring they are aware of and understand those that best meet their needs, and then securing a sale
Key Deliverable:-
The objective of this job is to increase overall financial revenue being generated from the set of clients mapped/acquired along with Current Accounts, Trade & Forex and Business Loans targets by means of:
- Making recommendations to clients on best suitable products/services (existing as well as new) as per their business requirement
- Building a healthy GL book – Current Account and Fixed deposit
- Building a healthy asset base – Secured and unsecured loans
- Seamless and superior service delivery
- Compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements
- Achieving the target set on Current Accounts, Trade/Forex and Business Loans
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Providing coverage to the Wealth Relationship Managers ( WMs) mapped to him and the corresponding clients mapped to the WMs.
- Contacting clients and setting up meetings.
- Conducting in-depth reviews of clients’ Business based on existing Financial Profiler by analysing information and preparing plans best suited to clients' requirements
- Designing financial strategies and structure the offering in a cost-effective manner
- Researching information from various sources on Business Banking
- Promoting and selling Business Banking products to meet given sales targets
- Keeping up to date with Business Banking products and legislation
- Resolution of queries of all mapped clients within TAT specified
- Ensure compliance through regular process checks and self-audit scores
Other Responsibilities
- Ensuring regular updation of call reports in relevant system
- Ensuring need based product approach towards clients and regular reporting of product penetration
- Mandatory certifications
- Managing relationships to improve relationship value of existing customers.
- Train, coach the existing WMs as well new by conducting the workshops on Business Banking
Job Dimensions-
- Span of control -15 - 20 WMs
- Customer base -200 Clients per WM
- Geographical Reach-Catchment around the Wealth branch
- Products -All Products on Business Banking (Current Account, Trade/Forex and Business Loans)
