Business Associate/Strategy Consultant - FoodTech

What will you get to do here?

a. Market research and opportunity sizing analysis to develop conviction on the idea being sensed

b. Business analysis to develop an in-depth understanding of the growth drivers and identify levers which can move the business

c. Tracking and analysing global and domestic market trends

d. Organising consumer / industry expert immersions across International markets to understand market trends and consumer trends better

e. Internal innovation charter exercises

What qualities are we looking for?

- 3 to 4 years of experience in business strategy consulting/ internal strategy / innovation roles

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from Tier I premier institutes preferred

- Startup experience is preferred

- Highly experienced at structuring ambiguous problems, leading analytical work streams and applying sound business discernment

- Basic experience in Analytics tools is a good to have

- Experience with problem solving and meaningfully conveying research insights

- The ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams across the org

- Experience handling multiple challenging priorities and driving projects to completion

- Comfortable with on-ground work and getting hands dirty
