Position - Business Associate

Location - Bangalore (Bellandur)

Qualification Required: B-TECH/B.E or MBA

Job Requirement: 

- Research and Analysis: Analyze various business performance metrics or a single Business. Project end to end - with respect to the assigned or defined problem statements and identify trends/or patterns, provide business insights and develop solutions from the strategic perspective. E.g. platform conversions, enhancing customer experience / improving operational efficiency/ reducing cost /increasing user interactions, etc.

- Conduct Market research and business intelligence activities to remain abreast with the market trends and advancements; conduct surveys to gather requirements and understand industry practices.

- Benchmark Company practices within and outside the industry and identify opportunities to improve, automate and modernize systems and processes.

- Perform root cause analysis for given business problems, identify areas for improvement, conceptualize and develop informed & calculated hypotheses to strategically improve performance.

- Run Experiments and Solutioning: Work on framing the business problems, identify and build on the specific hypotheses to run experiments for arriving at a definitive solution. Create working solutions based on the hypotheses in consultation with the Strategy Project Lead.

- Develop detailed SOPs and documentation for driving experiments in order to assess the feasibility of proposed hypotheses (solutions) from planning, scoping to execution.

- Define success metrics for the experiments, run the experiments, report findings and document conclusions. Prepare detailed implementation road-maps for successful solutions (in experiments) along with estimated effort and expected impact.

- Project Management: Monitor and track deliverables closely in the initial phases and ensure timely completion for effective roll-outs. Build a project playbook to ensure adherence to project plans. Analyze the feasibility of solutions in meeting business needs and requirements and tactfully deal with roadblocks that may arise.

- Ensure required support is extended to concerned stakeholders during project handovers for a smooth transition into BAU operations & continue tracking of success metric to ensure the project is on track /stabilized.

- People Management: Provide business insights to key stakeholders and recommend solutions. Seek stakeholder & management buy-in and monitor results of recommendations; ensure that the recommended solution is feasible, commercial and competitive.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation projects by effectively communicating insights and plans. Provide periodic status updates and progress reports to all concerned stakeholders and management.

- Participate in monthly business reviews & meetings. Share ideas and findings with the management and concerned stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the analytics team for data and reporting requirements.
