Position : Business Analytics / Statistical Modeller

Location : Bangalore

Job Description:

Business/Department Objectives :

- Provide analytic support to the business teams, understand the business context and formulate and execute appropriate analytical approach (es) to address the business situation. Independently manage end to end partner communication

Analytic Project Execution :

- Own and deliver consistently on multiple and complex analytic projects. This would require an understanding of business context and the ability to formulate and execute analytic approaches to address the business situation

Business Knowledge :

- Develop an understanding of the domain/function. Manage business process (es) in the work area. The individual is expected to develop domain expertise in his/her work area

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Teamwork :

- Develop cross site relationships to enhance leverage of ideas. Set and manage partner expectations. Coach and mentor new hires in the team

Communication :

- Independently manage end to end project communication across the various levels in the organization.

Skills :

- Established competency in one or more of the following :

- Financial Analysis

- Business Analysis

- Statistical Modeling (building models from Scratch / End to End involved in all Phases of model Development)

- Strong analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Strong process/project management skill

- Experience with SAS/SQL
