Roles and Responsibilities:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Credit cards marketing/product/risk analytics with a sound understanding of credit card product, Risk KPIs, portfolio performance metrics etc.
- Robust Stakeholder management and Partner Engagement skills across markets
- Strong Knowledge of SAS, SQL, extraction of data from Data warehouse, MS Excel with macros & VBA and PowerPoint
- Risk analytics for Credit Cards.
- Deliver the analytics solutions
- Undertake review of Risk based exclusions for various product acquisition campaigns/portfolio management initiatives (such as Balance Transfer/Credit limit increase/Credit limit decrease etc.) for credit cards
- Evaluate performance of campaigns/products/segments based on risk metrics such as Net credit losses, delinquency rates etc. and recommend risk policy changes (e.g., bureau score cut-offs, age cut-offs, occupation exclusions, segment swap-in/swap-out etc.) in consultation with Regional analytics/Regional In-business risk counterparts
- Develop any Risk MI as required to evaluate the performance of policy changes implemented
- Carry out data exploration/process design activities to support tapping into new data sources to help size/deliver risk policy review benefits
