Business Analytics  Role :  - Understand client business problems  - Design analytical plans and processes  - Design statistical tests and design of experiments  - Data processing for executing the analytical plan  - Communication of analytical output to client senior management  - Work with partner teams across the organization and outside, to implement business solutions for clients  - Train and mentor other team members  Work Experience :  - 2 to 3 years work experience in Business Analytics (preferably in the Retail domain).  Required Skills :  - Skilled in problem solving and structured thinking  - Skilled in modeling and modeling techniques (linear regression / logistic regression, cluster analysis, market basket analysis, bootstrapping, neural networks, etc.)  - Experience in the use of R, SAS / SPSS, Oracle SQL to solve business analytical problems  - Skilled at Excel, VBasic, Power Point  - Ability to communicate analytical and statistical concepts / output to senior management clearly and meaningfully  - Experience in the retail industry (exposure in the eCommerce space is a plus)  - Understanding of BigData concepts, platforms and architecture (e.g. OpenStack, Hadoop, Pig, Hive, etc.) is an advantage  - Experience in reporting tools like Tableau, Datameer, etc. and Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics or Omniture, etc.  Educational Qualification :  - Masters degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Econometrics / Operations Research or  - Masters in Business Administration or  - Engineering degree  Salary Range: 8-9 LPA
