Business Analytics Manager/Business Data Analyst

Role: Manager - Business Analytics

Location: Bengaluru { Koramangala }

Responsibilities - 

1. Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, implement data collection systems and maintain databases.

2. Identify, develop and implement reporting and analytic tools

3. Develop dashboards for visual representation of performance using visual reporting tools

4. Analyze business performance and generate ad hoc business reports

5. Make presentations and reports based on data analysis

6. Create data models for functional need using excel, etc

7. Manage data, information, reports, etc and coordinate with various stakeholders for the same.

Education: BE/ B Tech and/or MBA

Experience: Proven work experience as a data analyst or business data analyst for minimum 3 years

Core Skills:

1. Data management skills with attention to details and accuracy

2. Project Management

3. MS Excel, Access, VBA, SQL, Python, R, Google Sheets, Data studio

4. Data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

5. Data modeling in Excel

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent verbal/written skills and communications skills

2. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative manner

3. Ability to manage multiple tasks with prioritization and time management

4. Ability to make coherent report/ presentation based on data and presenting them. Report writing and presenting findings
