Business Analytics Manager

- Knowledge of Banking Products Must; Retail assets - Business banking preferred

- Be able to understand business analytics requirements & convert them into desired solution/insights

- Quickly grasp available data sources & be able to explore & use when needed using simple/complex SQL querying.

- Should be able to use various statistical techniques to extract insights from raw data (correlation, percentiles, standard deviation, cross-tabs, slice/dice)

- Visualization & Presentation skills post data/analysis preparation through Power BI, Excel, PPT etc

- Skills - SAS, SQL, Python, AWS

Job requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business or related field

- Hands on experience on campaigns, X-sell is preferred

- Hands on experience on credit bureau data is a must

- 4-6 years of analytics experience in either risk/business analytics is preferred.

- Proficient in SAS/SQL/Python

- Good problem solving skills, Ability to build storylines & recommendations for business stakeholder consumption i.e. Ability to "Think in Math, Speak in English"
