Must have:

Minimum 6-10 years of experience in total as PM / Business Analyst

Trading/Capital market experience - 70% Project Management Experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Investment banking / Capital Markets / Treasury/Trade Candidate who has been part of Large-Scale Transformation (on Treasury Project) Working knowledge of Trading systems in a financial institution Knowledge in Treasury products (Derivatives & Foreign Exchange)

Nice to have:

- Certifications - any Business Analyst certification or Agile CSM, CSPO, Safe Agilist certifications

- Able to self-manage, work without supervision, and check his/her own work thoroughly

- Experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager or PMO analyst

- Onsite client location experience (Domestic / international)
