- The Business Services is implementing its strategy and target operating model to support the above strategic goals and ensuring business objectives are well supported through its strategy.

- In line with this, there is a significant focus on delivery on the Transformation BoW and delivering the required business outcomes on a global basis.

- This is a new role with in the Business Services Transformation team created to support the Business Services Transformation agenda over next 2-3 years, align build of the Change organisation to support Transformation BoW and ensure team is fully integrated into the Transformation operating model.

- The Business Services Transformation team will partner and support the business strategy. The purpose of this role is to successfully execute the bank's strategic change initiatives for the Business Services.

- The Business Analyst will support the delivery of strategic change programmes working closely with the project team.
