Job Title: Business Analyst to the CEO

Job Location: New Delhi

We have been retained by a leading global health organization with a vision to transform lives by developing Social Enterprise Models. The organization has operations across 60 countries and is headquartered in Washington DC.

The organization wishes to hire a Project Manager for the Delhi office who will be responsible for planning, designing, developing, and launching efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the work plan; ensure timely execution of business support needs from both India office and HQs (Washington, DC)

- Write monthly investment updates; quarterly, and annual reports

- Serve as the liaison between the India Office and the Regional Support Team/Global Services in Washington, DC.

- Mentor national staff on project planning and management

- Ensure documentation of changes in strategy; capture lessons learned

The ideal candidate will be a Management Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management.

- Experience in understanding MIS and financial statements with ability to state needs for business analytics

- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP systems (Quick Books Enterprise, Lawson, etc.)
