Business Analyst To CEO Office - Noida - MBA - IITs/IIMs

- Monitoring & driving all organizational KPIs that are critical for the CEO

- Responsible for all KRAs that are personally driven by CEO such as investor reporting, board meetings, monthly and quarterly key reviews .

- Cross functional & key stakeholder management to drive multiple initiatives

- Manage multiple projects assigned by the CEO related to diverse businesses, community, and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships

- Provide ongoing support to business activities and coordinate between sales, inside sales, technical directors, marketing and other general functions across the organisation - Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential - Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.

- Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office

- Communicates directly, and on behalf CEO on matters related to CEO's programmatic initiatives

- Researches, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.

- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

- Work with all stakeholders internally.
