Business Analyst - Telecom/FMCG

- Provide regular feedback to CEO on the performance of business and its achievement of agreed AOP and other plans. Keep updating the circle and business performance through benchmarking of critical parameters enabling effective Management action for rectification, wherever necessary

- Highlight and track critical parameters or deviations in normal functioning of business - across functions. Follow up and closure of critical issues and identified actions with circles.

- Monitor and track key projects and meetings for the CEO

- Support circle teams for key issues and closure of these through interaction with central team

Major Challenges :

- Working under tight schedules to ensure on-time delivery of tasks, within short notice if needed.

- Engagement with various circles and central teams in various functions – to ensure support and on-time closure of circle concerns .

- Need to track and highlight concerns across various functions in each line of business.

2-4 years of Work experience in Telecom or FMCG Organization.
