Business Analyst - Telecom Domain

Overall 5-10 years of experience and atleast 3-7 years of strong experience on Rating and Billing Manager (Netcracker) product.

- Strong Exposure in Telecom Domain.

- Responsible for requirements Research & Analysis

- Experience in Rating and Billing Manager (RBM) application.

- Interact with Finance or Marketing or External systems or Business Teams to identify the impact analysis and detailed System requirements

- Analyze and Write Business cases and business requirement documents.

- Need to be great communicators, problem solvers, thinkers and analysers.

- Ability to understand and respond to user needs in rapidly changing business environments.

- Act as a liaison between the development team and business/client within individual business units with responsibility for identifying business needs
