Business Analyst - Telecom

A leading telecom operator is looking for young and bright candidates for the role of Business Analyst to work closely with the Business Head of the state. The role will be responsible for assisting the state business head in the planning process for the entire business, tracking the performance against targets and reporting any variances from projections. The role will also be responsible to review reports from each function and prepare concise analysis to draw insights about business drivers.

1. Assist the state business head in developing detailed business plans for each function and ensure these are aligned with key strategic business objectives

2. Define performance metrics and targets for each department for the financial year

3. Monitor and track performance against targets/KPIs and report any variations against future projections to mobility business head

4. Communicate variance to respective mobility department heads

5. Consolidate, review and prepare sales, revenue and operational reports for the entire mobility operations, as well as for each of the different departments

6. Develop meaningful and actionable analysis from the reports, perform trend analysis and forecasts to assist in the planning process

7. Help the business head in carrying out financial planning and analysis for the service line by providing detailed analysis/dashboard on key value drivers for the business

Qualificatin - MBA or equivalent
