Business Analyst - Supply Chain - Online/Internet

Job Description-

1. Develop models to select the least number of sellers to drive maximum breadth in selection

2. Manage the entire sales funnel from listings to page views to orders and identify drivers Improve conversion by working with sell-side teams around creating "winning sales campaign models"

3. Pricing intelligence frameworks to help sellers sell their stocks faster

Benchmark models to improve chances of getting "buy now" button

Discover hidden parameters that may influence unit conversion

4. Models for clearing Slow/Non-moving inventory

5. Models for capacity and supply chain (warehouse, 3PL, pickup, fulfillment, etc.)

6. Engage with Integrated Demand Planning teams to operationalize Sales Forecasts at a category and vertical level; provide inputs to improve accuracy

- Manage inventory - fresh stock and replenishment, improve processes for consignment scheduling, transit stock tracking and thereby speed up supply lead time reducing variability

- Build metrics to measure and manage inventory health; enable systems based approach to vertical-level inventory policy building (reorder point, safety stock, etc.)

- Facilitate design and implementation of merchant reviews; drive vendor operational improvement through measurement and process improvement

- Interact with operations teams and drive efficiencies through team collaboration

- Analyze seller-wise inventory position and performance to determine inventory risk, determine liquidation strategy for non-moving/slow-moving inventory
