Position Title : Sugar CRM - Business Analyst

Location : Long Beach, CA

Length : Contract

- Sugar CRM subject matter expert, ability to lead discussions and draw functional requirements out of business

- Lead CRM functional discussions and leverage knowledge of Sugar CRM best practices

- Interact with Customer's sales team, Understand and provide best solution to their custom needs.

- Experience creating detailed project documents, project plan, functional design, use cases, test plans, etc.

- Previously worked for Manufacturing/Automotive clients
