Business Analyst and Strategic planner

Looking for a Business Analyst/Strategic Planner for its Residential/Commercial portfolio/s to define it's direction and identify technical, functional & financial needs, planning enterprise architecture and strategizing ideas to improve a business's decision-making. Strategies to realize business objectives and tactical thinking is the most important skill in this role. Candidate should also be analytical.

General Responsibilities:

- Evaluating a business's operations to analyse their cost and efficiency

- Helping to develop project plans and ensuring their timely completion

- Analysing a market, business, and organisation's large data sets to provide actionable insights

- Budgeting and conducting financial analysis

- Recommending process improvements to increase a business's efficiency

- Understand and develop overall company operational strategy and mission

- Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyse business proposals

- Conduct market research as a part of forming business strategies for industry trends, market and sector analysis reports

- Research competition to identify threats and opportunities

- Involve in strategy development and business planning

- Assess the company's operational and strategic performance

- Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. new avenues, emerging markets, mergers and acquisitions, etc.)

- Construct forecasts and analytical models

- Financial Modelling

- Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes

- Track and analyse business performance and highlight areas which require immediate attention.

- Develop Business Diversification & Growth.

The responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing the companies data on a monthly basis - Reporting, tracking & highlighting the organisation performance on a regular basis and providing actionable insights

- Provide inputs on the companies cashflow management

- Review of the P&L and the Balance sheet of the companies

- Work on the feasibility study of the new projects/ ideas etc.

- RE industry exposure is desirable

Job Location: Bengaluru

Experience Range: 4 to 8 years

Degree: Masters in Finance / Strategy (Tier 1 Business School)

Skills: Good communication / presentation skills
