Business Analyst - Steel/Metals Sector

Position: Business Analyst

Reporting to - CEO

Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Gurgaon with travel to project site as required

Key Responsibilities:

To provide support to the CEO in Business Analysis, Competitor Benchmarking, Business improvement initiatives, Project Monitoring & Execution and Strategy formulation

1. To assist the CEO in business analysis and monitoring project execution, identify bottlenecks, and follow up with internal stakeholders on action areas.

2. To conduct comprehensive business analysis including benchmarking with competitors in steel industry

3. To identify opportunities for business growth and develop roadmap in consultation with Production, Operations and Marketing team

4. To develop relationship with internal stakeholders including Operations, Quality, Project and Marketing team and identify areas for improvements

5. Systematically monitor operational performance, identifying key metrics for continuous improvement.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for comprehensive reporting.

7. Generate insightful reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- B.Tech/MBA

- Looking for candidates with experience in Steel/Metals sector

- 8-10 years of proven experience in Industrial sector (preferably Steel/Metals sector) in Consulting, Operations, Projects, Marketing with a focus on analysis and reporting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in market analysis, benchmarking, and performance optimization.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with maturity in interacting with senior professionals
