Business Analyst - Startup - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

The incumbent will be supporting the senior leadership team and would be required to have an in-depth understanding of the business, carry out analysis and share data-driven insights and solutions.

Key responsibilities :

- Liaise with the key stakeholders to understand their Business Intelligence needs

- Proactively analyse data with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity

- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources

- Be on top of and publish critical business and product matrices on daily basis and help optimise conversions and drive efficiencies

- Basis the analysis identify key trends, patterns or insights and suggest solutions.

- Drive strategic projects, as and when required

- Take complete ownership of reporting areas and work on simplifying, optimizing, automating and evolving the same

Competencies Required :

- Tier 1 school - MBA Strategy / Finance

- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a startup environment

- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines and should be comfortable with ambiguity

- Strong analytical skills -Ability to organize and analyze a significant amount of data

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Advanced Excel / other business tools
