Profile: Business Analyst / Sr. Business Analyst  Location: Mumbai  Organization: MNC Client based out of Navi Mumbai  Responsibility:  - Research & analysis: Understanding client's objectives and requirements; conducting interviews / primary research with various stakeholders in the value chain; conducting secondary research in paid and free sources; applying analytical frameworks to fill data gaps; synthesizing data / information and presenting findings and actionable insights via MS-Office suits  - Project management: Leading medium-scale or module(s) of large engagements and ensuring high quality standard - understanding client objectives and requirements; designing appropriate research approach and methodology; execution  - Mentoring / training juniors  - Supporting in-house knowledge management; building domain knowledge / thought leadership  Requirement:  A passion for Business Research & Consulting, high level of ownership, a team player   - Graduate / Post Graduate in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Paint Technology, Food Technology, Chemistry, etc. or MBA with strong technical understanding  - 1- 4 years of experience with 2- 3 years of relevant experience in Business Research & Consulting (preferably custom chemical projects)  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Excellent primary and secondary research skills  - Adept in MS-Office suits (especially MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel)  About Our Client:  Our Client is a specialised custom research, analytics and sales & marketing solutions company.
