Business Analyst/Sr Analyst

Position Summary:

- Looking for BA/Senior Analyst with experience in research with creative and analytical bent of mind; good communication skills, knowledge of VBA, Access, Excel and SQL.

Key Result Areas:

- Defines and documents customer business functions and processes; including consulting with onshore Analysts to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.

- Interpret data/information to arrive at inferences/conclusions and manage short assignments/scoping of work as required by various stakeholders

- Maintain Turnaround timelines and ensure performance is as per agreed service levels

- Identify and generate a number of process improvement ideas and share best practices

- Explain to the Quality Assurance team the parameters and check points that need to be adhered to for each sub-project.

- Adherence to the procedure provided by the business, also called SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

- Completion of all mandatory assessment/ certifications as applicable to the supported business

- Perform root cause analysis on the errors made by the team members

- Complete all mandatory training and certifications for self and team

Essentials:

- Proven track record in research/consulting 3-7 years. Data reporting/analytics

- Knowledge of VBA, Access, Excel and SQL. Eye for detail. Ability to coordinate among teams and drive results.

- Ability to work in unclear and challenging environment. Prior experience of handling data and its synthesis.

Prefer: Exposure to business intelligence tools/web scraping projects etc. Have multi Language skills - German / Spanish / Chinese etc
