Description :

- Responsible for understanding and analysing the strategic needs of the business and set the roadmap for product development and enhancement with the customer acquisition BU to deliver robust and high scale solutions on time

With recent expansion to other geographies, they are looking to set up and strengthen their acquisition and retention engineering capabilities for the next billion users.

Job Description :

- Lead the customer lifecycle program to advance IT enablement within the business unit

- Drive the development of customer management applications to deliver a seamless customer onboarding and retention experience

- Define project specifications and business analysis requirements (BRDs, FRDs, etc.)

- Drive projects within the technology teams and with different business stakeholders

- Simplify application design and delivery to manage complex systems and problems

Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering is mandatory

- 8+ years of relevant experience in software project management and business analysis

- Be well-versed with microservices, cloud, containers & DevOps

- Experience in design, planning and operations of IT systems and solutions

- Functional experience in BFSI/telecom is preferred
