Business Analyst - Serivecenow

- Participate in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Training, and Operational Support and development of ServiceNow.

- Complete development, configuration and workflow administration to support business processes in the platform.

- Proficient with Requirement gathering based on customer requirement. Good with Solution deigning (HLD and LLD) based on the requirement. Proficient in documentation of requirement (Technical requirements, functional and technical design documents).Consolidation of all deliverables including various documentation.

- Proficient with various module of ServiceNow including CSM, ITSM, ITOM and CMDB etc.

- Good in Drafting Scope of Work based on the customer requirement

- Creating sprint and writing Stories. Writing test Cases and workflow.

- Process Design for Workflows as per client requirements

- Interaction with customer on the projects.

- Closely working with Architect and Developers within the team

- Experience in delivery of the project with Sprint and story. Good with SDLC and agile processes.

- Proven problem solving and troubleshooting abilities using strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
