Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst - Retail Banking - Payment Gateway

Description:We are looking for Business Analyst/Sr.Business Analyst for one of our client's organization in payment gateway area. The client's organization is a leading payment gateway solution provider offering end to end payment solutions across industries such as financial, retail, hospitality, petroleum, government and healthcare.The client's organization has multiple payment gateways in European Region which has to be consolidated into one global payment platform. The BA will be part of the core group in this transformation journey and get involved in due diligence, Migration and Business process optimization activities.

Responsibilities:

- Help Asses and document the current payment gateway platforms business processes

- Help in consulting/advisory services across the payment gateway business

- Liase with Developers/Testers to detail on the user stories

- Lead, participate and contribute in Business/Information Technology projects

- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities within the existing business

- Discover solutions to develop and drive the business to achieve best possible results with cost optimizations where applicable

- Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for documenting the Business rules, Requirements.

- Ensure compliance with agreed architectures, IT strategy principles, and recommendations in feasibility studies and projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Good understanding and knowledge in payment gateway process

- Has good knowledge about various components within payment gateway such as Security/Compliance, Tokenization & value added services

- Has executed projects related to payment gateways

- Has solid experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documenting user stories, Test scenarios

- Exceptional communication skills, this includes written and verbal communications

- The ability to act as liaison conveying information in suitably accurate models between the business unit and their counterparts within Information Technology.

- Has experience in preparing use cases, process flow diagrams

- Must be a Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.

- Ability to Travel (short term/Long term) to any client locations within short notice of time (2 weeks) is a must.
