We are looking at Multiple Business Analysts for their Worldwide Development Centre in Gurgaon, primarily in the field of Chemical, ERP and Order Management. About Role &amp; Experience - Conduct detailed analyses to identify gaps with business operations and support design and implementation of IT system changes in line with the overall IT strategy. - Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a manufacturing industry / consulting organization around projects in supply chain or operation processes. - Sound knowledge of process mapping and process optimization. - Strong problem solving and analytical skills, the ability to create sophisticated solutions to complex requirements. - Candidate should have good functional as well as implementation exposure. - Experience in Oracle EBS / Cloud. - APICS and/or CBAP certification is an advantage.
