Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in solving problems with data

Location : Gurgaon

Firm : Ed Tech start up

Who are we looking for?

1. Someone who has been surprised and humbled about their assumptions of the world when they looked at the real data at some point and has a story to tell.

2. Has good experience in solving/strategizing solutions for hard problems in diverse domains.

3. Not a hardcore data scientist but has base statistical understanding.

4. Comfort with either Excel OR Sql is a must. We believe if one is known the other one can be learned really quickly.

5. Hands on experience with a scripting language like python or R is a majorplus.

6. Experience in handling economics of a tech business is a good to have.

Roles and responsibilities :

1. Own outcome on one of our core problems ranging from modeling pedagogy to understanding fraud in a video call etc.

2. Continuously work with data streams to identify opportunities.

3. Strategize and implement the solutions while working with different stakeholders.

4. Advocate data driven decision making as the highest priority with the only exception of value delivered to the end user.
