Opening for Business Analyst - SD Consultant with a MNC pharma company.

Position Summary:

- The Business Analyst conducts research as well as monitors, maintains, and optimizes business solutions.

- B.E or MCA/ BCA qualification.

- Should have good communication skills.

Key Position Responsibilities:

- Gather user requirements to develop solutions and alternatives

- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

- Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements

- Work with users to define concepts under direction of project leaders

- Serve as the conduit between the user community and the software development team through which requirements flow

- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates

- Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams

- Comply with company's Global IT Policies & Procedures

- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

- Any graduate with MBA or BE

- Equivalent work experience acceptable

- Relevant technical certificates a plus

- 3-5 years work experience

- At least one full cycle implementation involving CIN ( country India specific ).

- Knowledgeable about SD configuration features:

a) All features of the Sales (Order to cash )cycle with configuration.

b) All features of the inventory management areas.

c) All features about the valuation design and its interface with FICO with configuration.

d) Preferred on Service management Module.

e) Knowledgeable about interfaces with PP Module.

f) Overall Pricing Porcedures configuration

g) Overall SD-CIN configuration

- Good knowledge and experience with excise related settings in the MM area and in the SD area.

- SAP standard reporting capabilities should be managed.

- Should be able to handle all day-to-day operations related issues independently.

- Should be able to interact with the respective core team member to effectively communicate issues which need design related fixes.

- Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance

- Strong troubleshooting skills

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience

- Able to complete assignment with minimal direction

- Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues

- Must adapt to rapidly changing technologies

- Enhanced PC knowledge and skill sets utilizing Microsoft products

- Interest in expanding one's knowledge in the technology industry

- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
