We are hiring for one of the world's best analytics firm, role will be based out of Bangalore and Delhi/NCR

Expectation from the Candidate :

- Extract credit and retail transaction data, conduct exploratory data analysis, and address common data issues like missing and extreme values

- Develop the develop statistical models to support business needs, such as prospecting, retention, shopping-cycle, reactivation, and new account nurturing models, etc

- Develop data-driven marketing initiatives or reward programs to manage customer relationship, drive sales, enhance executions, and increase productivity

- Document analysis processes and results, summarize data insights

- Use advanced analytics to assess portfolio performance, identify business opportunities, and drive critical business decisions

- Translate business problems into statistical problems, and develop statistical models to support business needs, such as prospecting, retention, shopping-cycle, reactivation, and new account nurturing models, etc

-. Derive customer insights through predictive modeling to address business needs, and recommend solutions

- Design data-driven marketing initiatives to manage customer relationship, drive sales, enhance executions, and increase productivity

- Research on state-of-art statistical analysis techniques to continuously improve Advanced Analytics team's competence within the analytics industry

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering/MBA or equivalent

- 0-3 years experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent role

- Expert level MS Excel and SQL skills

- Excellent analytical problem solving skills

- Good writing skills to communicate with business and technical teams

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications :

- Superior verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired and ambiguity is the norm

- A history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Must be highly hands-on

- Experience in dealing with clients and stakeholders directly

- Proven analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to effectively use tools such as Excel, Data Warehouse, SQL

- Ability to use hard data and metrics to validate hypotheses and justify business decisions
