Position Title: Sales Enablement and Business Analyst

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience Required: 2.5 - 5 years

Educational Qualification: Must be an alumnus of Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT)

Compensation Package: INR 20 Lakhs per Annum

Preferred Industry Background: Candidates with experience in high-volume data collation across India are preferred.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement and Business Analyst to spearhead our sales support initiatives and drive business analysis efforts. This role is pivotal in enhancing our sales teams' efficiency and in providing strategic insights to senior management through meticulous data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the execution of sales support strategies to assist our sales teams across regions.

- Manage comprehensive MIS Reporting, and design Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations, monthly reviews, and dashboards for the leadership team.

- Collaborate effectively with Sales Leads, Account Managers, Engagement Managers, and Unit Heads to ensure seamless task execution.

- Develop and implement sales, service, and marketing strategies, refining them to optimize customer experience and financial outcomes.

- Engage in business planning activities, including preparation for and participation in the business's weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with internal teams, exerting influence over Field Sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Conduct market research to gather intelligence, identify industry trends, and collaborate with product, technology, sales, marketing, and finance teams to execute strategic actions.

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis to track and evaluate team performance over time.

- Interpret business requirements, understand core issues, and deliver analytical solutions to meet business needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong capability in reporting and data visualization, with proven experience in managing revenue reporting.

- Skilled in managing CRM pipelines, tracking orders, and proficient in forecasting, budgeting, and planning through Excel macros and MS Power BI.

- Exceptional skills in MS Excel, with a knack for analytical thinking, numerical analysis, and process automation.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Expertise in automating complex reports, creating dashboards, and presenting numerical data graphically.

Mandatory Experience:

- Data Reports: Must have experience in sales, collection, and inventory reports.

- Analysis Reports: Should be proficient in trend analysis and forecasting, with knowledge of P&L reporting being an added advantage.

- Intelligence Reports: Experience in market research and competition analysis is essential.
