Qualification : MBA-Finance/International Business & Marketing

Role & Responsibilities :

- Defines and to get all the documentation arranged from delivery team to get the deal closed

- Consults with client engagement managers to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements. Meet the set targets

- Acts as a liaison between client engagement managers and delivery team in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of any client requirement.

- Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems, ensures all the delivery to client requirement are done within given timeframe.

- Tracks and fully documents changes for any specifications, writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training.

- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes, assists in the preparation of documents to develop better operational support

- Plans, organizes and conducts business process reengineering/improvement projects and/or management reviews

- Reducing up the time taken by delivery team to deliver on the requirements from Client Engagement team

- Assists in developing an overall change management strategy to take up things faster which are pending

- Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents

Salary range - 10-15 LPA
