The Risk projects Team is responsible for delivering business change to the Risk Functions. The Team consist of Programme management and Business Analysis capability . The Business Analysis Team forms the largest group in the department and further subdivided into various function areas namely Risk engines, Process and Workflows and Data & Reporting spanning across Credit and Market Risk respectively.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the analysis from initial fact finding discussions through to the production of Business Requirement documentation.
Investigate and specify the data that is used by Risk, the business processes the data supports and document use test cases in conjunction with source systems teams
Support the onshore Business Process definition, specifying User Reports and supporting data
Organise and lead meetings to gather requirements, agree process flows and use test cases with working groups of users and IT
Provide ongoing user engagement & support in ensuring data consistency across risk
Work as a member of an effective team, contributing to the overall delivery whilst maintaining focus on the primary objectives
Maintain on an on-going basis up to date knowledge on risking methodologies, system infrastructure and capabilities and interdependencies in the Bank.
Skills:
3 - 5 years of experience in Business Analyst within Risk space (Market/Credit)
