Business Analyst - Retail Banking

a) Should have preferably worked in a bank and then in a software product organization.

b) Should be updated on current retail business products ( CASA, TD, Loans, Credit Cards, UPI )

c) Should be knowledgeable about regulations around the retail banking products.

d) Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed: Functional requirements in the form of user stories Or Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.

e) Acting as an interface between all stakeholders and owing the project from a domain perspective and ensuring end to end ownership from requirement to development to build verification and deployment.

f) Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

g) Total experience 10+ to 20 years.
