Business Analyst - Retail Assets (Lending Product - LMS/LOS)
Grade : SM/CM
Location - BKC Mumbai
Job Purpose :
Timely implementation of the Credit and policy related requirements in IT systems to make sure we rollout new products, policies and system changes as per the schedule.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Primary :
- Must be able to understand and convert the requirements of credit and policy team in to a business requirement document (BRD)
- Discussion with the Delivery (Projects/Technology) teams and freezing the requirements.
- Conduct (UAT) testing and ensuring timely implementation of projects.
- Credit Policy Related system implementation.
Secondary :
- Stake holder management
- Must be able to design, optimize and integrate Business Processes across disparate systems.
- Creation of test scenarios and test cases
- Maintain and support the BAU for origination systems.
Experience :
- Knowledge of SDLC cycle and management of E2E implementation.
- Knowledge of the Creation of test scenarios and test cases
- Maintain and support the BAU for origination systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC in lending domain)
- Should have right mix of business analysis skills and passion for developing custom solutions on LOS/LMS platform
- Should be capable of analyzing, evaluating and synthesizing solutions
