Required Business analyst-Retail Assets (IT Department) for Leading Bank in Mumbai.

Qualification:Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 5+ years work experience.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years in technology Space managing Business applications related to Lending business, well versed with Oracle 10g database stored procedures & triggers.

Job Description:

- Candidates should be specialized in business processes related to Origination, Receivables and Collections of Lending sector in BFSI segment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Primarily responsible for managing Product roadmap and Support for Business Applications

- Loan Origination System: LOS is Loan Acquisition system currently handles underwriting and approvals for all high-ticket size loans, including small- to mid-size business loans, loan against property, loan
against shares, home loans, heavy construction and equipment financing.

- Loan Disbursement, Loan Management and Collections System: Lending Lifecycle and its delinquency is managed on home grown system. All loans are boarded onto home grown system and its repayment life cycle events are managed on home grown.

- To support the business initiatives in terms of new product launches home grown system is customized to meet the business needs.

- Candidate will be responsible to manage and support part of the above mentioned Business applications Strategic, Operational and functional Capabilities

- Assessing Long-term efforts across multiple business units or across multiple divisions to support core strategic objectives

- Interfacing with individual Business departments to understand the needs of the Business unit

- To understand and frame the Business Requirements document along with Business unit and internal IT Team members

- To finalize the Product / Platforms functional roadmap which meets internal business requirements as well as fits in with the architecture of the Product / Platform

- To take primary responsibility of managing the Outsourced partners delivery by front ending all Partner relationship aspects with respect to Delivery as well as Commercials

- Should have business expertise appropriate to the department or division being supported.

- Interpersonal and organizational skills required to directly manage IT staff, to maintain positive and constructive relationships with users and clients, and to be accountable to senior management for information and results

Project Management Capabilities

- Ability to create business cases, work and cost estimates, task-dependency analyses, and control metrics; also includes change management skills, risk

- Analysis and mitigation skills, quality assurance, team leadership, and stakeholder management.

- Ability to adopt appropriate project management techniques and procedures for projects of differing sizes, complexity, and risk.
