Business Analyst
- Works directly in CEO Office to understand business verticals, objectives and approach
- Conducting primary/secondary research to uncover insights and understand business trends and potential implications for the business
- Driving new projects, initiatives and complete implementation and program management
- Regular SWOT analysis of each business vertical and recommendations for key business decisions, strategy designing and complete implementation
- Tracking performance of business verticals financial status by monitoring variances from plan
- Participating in Regular Business Reviews and Action plans tracking and monitoring and regular status update
- Should be responsible/capable of using a data driven approach to highlight problems
- Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
- Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
- Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

- Experience : 2-4 years
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Research Analyst at a top Consulting/KPO/Research firm
- Graduate degree with major emphasis in Finance, Business or Engineering. (MBA w/ Engineering a plus)
- Must have excellent quantitative, analytical and reporting skills
- Critical thinking and very detailed oriented
- Must be highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
