Incumbent would be required to perform following roles and responsibilities:
Business Analyst (The Global Regulatory Risk and Control team)
- Analyse and produce business requirement specifications for new initiatives
- Work closely with legal colleagues to determine the scope of the requirement
- Partner with internal line of business to ensure milestones are met, plans are in place and any delivery issues are escalated early
- Work with external vendors to understand the delivery and focus their attention on JP Morgan business priorities
- Communicate risks and issues with senior project managers
- Syndicate requirements with cross asset teams from both operation and technology backgrounds
- Project management skills required. Support targeted PWG- s/PCC's and provide updates
- Ensure the current regulatory reporting controls are adequate for any new processes and are aligned with the strategic plan
Generic Skills
- Good understanding of trade life cycles
- Logical and structured approach to planning and problem solving and decision-making
- Very strong analytical, prioritisation and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Good MS Office skills - Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
- Risk and controls awareness.
- Can work independently and has good resilience
