Role: Business Analyst

Experience - 5 - 10 Years

Job Description :

Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution.

- Able to write user stories in JIRA tool.

- Able to write functional specifications and business requirement document as well.

- Should be able to handle L2 support and be able to resolve user queries.

- Good presentation skills and excellent communication skills.

- Be able to prepare presentation deck to be presented to business.

- Should be assisting testing team for test cases validation and identification.

- Perform functional testing of application in all environments.

- Should be well versed with database and able to write queries

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Excellent working knowledge of database preferably Oracle.

- User stories write up.

- Excellent working knowledge on Functional specification/BRD write ups.

- Good working knowledge of tools like JIRA, wiki, sharepoint, kanban.

- Good Knowledge and understanding of Agile development practices

- Good knowledge on functional test cases identification and impact
