Business Analyst - Regulatory Compliance & Transformation Domain - Banking/Financial Services

There is a opportunity with one of the largest banking and financial services organisations.

- The job holder will be responsible for managing and executing analysis activity, will be actively performing the role of BA.

- The Business Analyst will be part of a multi-skilled scrum team responsible for the writing of user stories, perform system testing, support interactions with vendor& end users.

- Will be responsible for Identifying and prioritising change and solutions in the design and delivery of the Regulatory Compliance Transformation programme .

- Experience of 10+ years, post qualification

- Proven delivery track record as an outstanding analyst or consultant

- Strong understanding of Agile Change Delivery Principles

- Current work experience on Regulatory compliance/Handling regulatory projects.

- Transformation tools like Clarity, Open WorkBench and JIRA

- Extensive experience of using multiple analysis techniques in a change environment, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects

- Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
