Business Analyst - Regulatory Change - BFS Domain

- The principal responsibility of the Business Analyst is to manage the analysis of processes in company and to oversee and manage all or some of the associated activities during change implementation. It is possible that the Business Analyst works on single-discipline, specialist projects or more-generic projects which require a broad appreciation of the GM Ops and Investment Banking trade lifecycle/regulatory landscape. It is possible that a Business Analyst will be expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously depending on their nature and complexity.

Business Analysts may act as individual contributors or have direct reports - such as junior Business Analysts or support staff.

Responsibilities will include some or all of the following:

- Capturing, analysing and documenting of business process (including IT processes)

- Designing of solutions or change interventions - providing robust justification for proposed solutions

- Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement

- Devising change interventions such as training and communication

- Managing the tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting

- Implementing solutions

- Working within a project delivery team model alongside Project Managers, Programme Managers etc - reporting to business sponsors

- Managing support staff, ensuring resources are utilised effectively and resource supply meets demand.
