Business Analyst - Regulatory Audit/Compliance - Consulting Firm

- Work closely with MD to oversee regulatory and compliance related matters.

- Assist in regulatory audits / compliances, engagement with the regulatory bodies, Board of Directors etc.

- Work with stakeholders within the org as well as external stakeholders to drive actionables and manage key initiatives

- Bring external insights basis scan of macro-economic environment, best practices in corporate governance, benchmarking of competitive landscape and developments in the industry.

- Be part of reviews of key business units and functions
